Basa fish in white wine, cook in microwave 5 min.

1 ) 2-3 fillets Basa fish in casserole dish,

2) Mix 1/3 cup white wine with 2 tspns flour, 2 tblespns
cream ( use milk if no cream - did ),

3) Pour wine mix over fish,

4) Top w/ 2 green onions sliced - are
long ones w/ white top,

5) Sprinkle 1/2 bay leaf over or oregano ( used oregano ),
1 Tspn parsley flakes ( dry ) or 1 Tblspn minced Parsley

6) Cover with wax paper and

7) Cook in microwave 5 min.Yes !
