1 - 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of celery soup
1 package of goat cheese
Dill
1 can of cream of celery soup serves two.
Save half the soup concentrated contents in
a plastic covered container if serving for 1.
Add water or milk in a bowl , add dill.
Heat the soup in the microwave for
2 and 1/2 minutes.
Squeeze 10 small dollops of goat cheese
into the hot soup. (10 dollops of goat cheese
for each serving)
Serve !
